1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.
• Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or customized products, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

2. Return Process

a. Request a Return

b. Approval

Once your return request is reviewed, we will approve or reject it based on the eligibility criteria. Approved returns will receive further instructions for shipping the product back.

c. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

• Incorrect items delivered.
• Items with manufacturing defects.

Exchange Process:

Contact our support team within 7 Days of delivery to request an exchange. Once approved, send the product back to us as per the instructions. We will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• The returned product meets all eligibility criteria.
• If Refund approved it will credited to customer's account in 5-7 working day

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
• Health and personal care items.
• Customised or personalised products.
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective or damaged).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the damaged/defective item.

We will provide a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
